The AI Cookbook project continues to make significant progress in supporting educators who work with migrant and refugee learners across Europe. In this second newsletter, we share the development of the AI Engagement Methodology for Migrant Education—a comprehensive framework that helps educators integrate artificial intelligence in a way that is ethical, culturally sensitive, and focused on learners' real needs.
The partnership has also created an extensive inventory of AI tools, best practices, and real-world case studies to help educators make informed decisions about AI-enhanced teaching. Alongside these resources, practical AI “Recipes” are being developed to transform complex technologies into easy-to-follow teaching activities that can be immediately applied in the classroom.
As the project moves forward, trainers will test and validate these resources before they are translated and made openly available through an interactive online platform. Together, these outputs aim to make AI more accessible, inclusive, and impactful for migrant education across Europe.
