Over two productive days, partners reviewed the progress of the project and, importantly, focused on the work that still needs to be completed as Green Circle moves towards its final stages.
A major part of the meeting was dedicated to the piloting of micro-credentials and the development of the Green Circle Guide, including the review of current outputs, quality assurance, partner contributions and the next steps for completing the remaining deliverables. The second day focused on project management and final evaluation, as well as communication, dissemination, impact, exploitation and sustainability. Partners discussed how to maximise the use of the project's courses and results, assess progress against our indicators and prepare for the project's final conference and reporting period. Beyond deliverables and timelines, meetings like this are also about partnership: sharing experiences, solving challenges together and ensuring that what we create remains useful beyond the lifetime of the project.
