We are excited to share the first newsletter of the AI Cookbook project, an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to exploring how artificial intelligence can support adult educators and empower migrant learners across Europe.
Following a successful kick-off meeting in Berlin, project partners have been researching the opportunities and challenges of using AI in migrant education. Early findings highlight AI’s potential to personalise learning, enhance language practice, increase accessibility, and support educators in creating engaging learning experiences. At the same time, the project is addressing important issues such as digital skills gaps, access to technology, and the ethical use of AI.
The next phase will deliver an AI & Pedagogy Report, an AI Engagement Methodology, and an Inventory of Best Practices and AI Tools, providing educators with practical guidance for integrating AI into teaching in an effective, inclusive, and responsible way.
Stay tuned as we continue building innovative resources that help educators and learners make the most of AI in education. 🚀
